Lear Siegler Services, Inc. (LSI) is a prime contractor for the Parts and Repair Ordering System II (PROS II) contract awarded by the Air Force Security Assistance Center (AFSAC) at Wright- Patterson AFB, OH. As the LSI subsidiary, Lear Siegler Logistics International (LSLI) is responsible to AFSAC for cradle-to-grave logistics support to 83 Security Assistance countries that own and operate over 6,600 mature and proven aircraft of various configurations. Tri-Service implementation agreements are currently in work for Army and Navy use of PROS II.

LSLI's program management office is located in the Northrop Grumman Office Building, 2555 University BL, Fairborn, OH. PROS II capabilities include item research, item manufacture/acquisition or repair, quality assurance, package handling, transportation, data interface, and customized processing. Task order support involves studies and analysis and technical services in the functional areas of Engineering, Program Management, Logistics and Production Management, Financial Management, Computer Technology, Legal Services, and Training.

How to Use PROS II Task Orders
  Step 1: Communicate your FMS Task Order requirement to the
AFSAC PROS II Program Office (937-257-8184 x 4120)
  Step 2: LSLI / Northrop Grumman will conduct pre-Task Order meetings or communication with AFSAC and the customer country to support the definition and development of requirements
  Step 3: The AFSAC PROS II ACO will issue a Statement of Objectives or Statement of Work to LSLI / Northrop Grumman
  Step 4: LSLI / Northrop Grumman prepares a written plan (Implementation Plan) for accomplishing the task requirements within seven days
  Step 5: AFSAC reviews the Implementation Plan, provides customer funding
  Step 6: The AFSAC PROS II ACO issues a delivery order (DD Form 1155)
  Step 7: LSLI / Northrop Grumman executes task order
