In addition, we are the only North American contractor—and one of only four globally—to offer operations and maintenance services. Throughout a mine’s life cycle, our solutions are consistently safe, environmentally sound, socially responsive, and technically and economically feasible.
URS has an exemplary safety record on mining projects, and we have received mine safety awards from organizations such as the U.S. Mine Safety and Health Administration and Great Britain’s Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents.
