URS Awarded Federal Trade Commission Information Technology Infrastructure Support Services Contract

SAN FRANCISCO —  September 13, 2012 —  URS Corporation has been awarded a contract by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for IT infrastructure support services (ITISS).

Under the contract, URS will provide enterprise IT services, including end-user services, datacenter management, regional IT support, media team support and network management services. In addition to the core IT services, the URS team will deliver sustaining process development, program management and IT security services to the Commission in support of ITISS.

Commenting on the contract, Randall A. Wotring, President of Federal Services for URS, said, “This win helps solidify our position as an emerging leader of managed IT services.
