JT3, a joint venture with Raytheon, and its 1,500 employees provide program management, operations and maintenance, and engineering services for four DoD open-air ranges in the Western U.S. The different training operations are governed by CMMI- and ISO 9001:2000-compliant quality processes. The use of proven quality standards ensures consistent outputs, such as training range data, regardless of the differences across the facilities. Additionally, 30 performance metrics measure how well JT3 achieves program goals in safety, preventative maintenance, security and operational readiness. JT3 supports essential test and training for new weapons systems such as the F-22 Raptor and F-35 Lightning.
